Team Deans

Team Deans

Team Deans are responsible for the academic and social progress of the students in their team. Using a holistic approach, team deans work closely with teachers, coaches, dorm heads, advisors, the Dean of Faculty, Dean of Academic Affairs, and the Dean of Students. They monitor and evaluate student progress and establish individual support as needed. Team Deans celebrate student achievement and communicate closely with families.
