Coach Gerardi started her coaching career at Northwood in 2024. During her time at Northwood, she has assisted in leading the girl’s hockey team to a 45-22-4 season, winning the JWHL Challenge Cup and JWHL finalists. Gerardi has much experience around the Northwood Community, holding roles as an Assistant Admissions Officer, Testing Coordinator, coach, dorm parent, and advisor.
Before Northwood, she rounded out her collegiate athlete career at Manhattanville University; earning her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Marketing and Sports Studies. There she was a 4-year starting goaltender and broke numerous program record’s including Single Season Saves, Saves Per Game, Single Season Minutes, Career Save Record, and Career Minutes Record.
